A Romantic Getaway

I was pleased with the room. The bed was very comfy with high-quality bedding and soft flannels. The staff were helpful and friendly. Chris was especially wonderful and helped me with local directions. The location was superb for visiting the Royal Philharmonic Hall across the road.

I was slightly disappointed to find a couple of stained glasses in the room upon arrival, but this was promptly addressed.

The hotel is close to the Anglican Cathedral, a few minutes away. Lifts are available to all floors, so access is easy for everyone (no stairs to worry about!).

the location was quite good for accessing local attractions. the nearby parking was convenient and the hotel recommended it. the breakfast had delicious options too.

the minibar was empty i expected it to be stocked at least with water. i had to ask for a hairdryer it was not in the room. i also needed to request additional milk for the tea and coffee facilities.

The rooms were very clean and modern. I found the location great. It was a short walk to the city center. I also appreciated that my room had a mini fridge, quite convenient. Check-in was smooth. The room was ready well before the official check-in time.

the room included a king-size bed (it was very comfortable!). the staff swiftly addressed a minor issue with the bathroom sink, fixing it within an hour. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, including the cathedrals on hope street.

i found the lighting in the room to be somewhat dim, especially in the evenings. it made reading a bit challenging.
